Meet the Chef

Ante Dropuljić – the name, hand and vision behind every plate at La Bocca.
From the handball court to fine dining, his path hasn’t been conventional — and that’s exactly what makes it unique. The discipline of sport, the precision of the kitchen, and a genuine passion for creation all come together in the signature you see on every dish we serve.

He built his experience in top-tier restaurants, working alongside some of the best, refining the details that make the difference between good and unforgettable.

His philosophy is simple: great food doesn’t have to be complicated. But it has to be honest, thoughtful, and executed to perfection.
